It is with great pleasure that I convene the Kick-off meeting of HadronPhysics3, following the internal reserved Call published by the Steering Committee to prepare the Proposal on 8th June 2010. The meeting will serve to the Steering Committee to get information on the activities to be included in the Proposal. The Proposal must be submitted to the Commission by 25th November 2010. You find in this pages a preliminary Agenda of the Kick-off meeting. In the Agenda the names of the actual spokespersons appear as reference. Following the indications of the Governing Board the invitation to participate has been sent to the HadronPhysics2 spokespersons. It is implicit that the collaborations may indicate new spokespersons for the new project. Concerning the presentations, each speaker has been given 25 minutes: 20 minutes to present its activity plus 5 minutes to address eventual questions. |
