MANAGEMENT BOARD MEETING
24 October 2009 9:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Salva 1) Status of the HadronPhyscs2 project. I assume that you have seen the talks that I have given to the Governing Board and Collaboration Committee meetings of 3 and 4 September and as well the description of the Work Packages given by the spokespersons in the Collaboration Committee meeting, at the project web address: www.hadronphysics2.eu In the meeting, I shall recall the contents and update the information. Welcome are comments,requests of clarifications,etc,in particular from the new members. The goal is to reach a full knowledge of the project in order to be able to work on it. 2) Expected activities of the management board members in HadronPhysics2 and relative time scale. 3) First elements of the Work Programme 2011 (the preliminary draft will be available in January-February 2010) which includes the Call 8 to which the hadron physics community has been invited. I shall submit to you for discussion a plan to prepare a Proposal together with all significant dates. 4) Requests of contributions to workshops/conferences. 5) A.O.I. |
